All above rates are quoted in US$, we use the exchange rate of the day of the final settlement of the bill if other currencies are used.   
Rates are net of service charges and are non commissionable.
For babies up to 2 years we provide a baby cot free of charge.
As we are a small accommodation, we only accept children under the age of 2 and/or over the age of 16 years old. Extra bed for guests over the age of 16 at US$ 23,= per night.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancelation of guaranteed booking must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
No show or cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged for 1 night at the agreed rate.
Confirmed booking will only be held until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival,
unless agreed on arrival time after 18.00 hours.
Check in time is 14.00 hours. Check out time is 12.00 hours.
