All above contract rates are quted in US$ unless otherwise stated.
Rates are net of service charges and are non commissionable.
No extra charge for children below the age of 10, sharing the same bedding with the parents.
Extra bed at US$10 per night.
All rates are subject to change without notice.
Cancelation of guaranteed booking must be made in writing 48 hours prior to the day of arrival.
No show or cancellation less than 24 hours will be charged for 1 night at the agreed rate.
Confirmed booking will only be held until 18.00 hours on the day of arrival,
unless agreed on arrival time after 18.00 hours.
Check in time is 14.00 hours. Check out time is 12.00 hours.
